So you've been waiting for a few days and your order doesn't seem to be moving? We know this can be very frustrating, and we certainly understand how you feel!

Sometimes, there's a delay between the info being updated and the actual movement of the package from one of our partner fulfillment centers. It's often the case that the package is actually in transit to its destination or has already arrived, but the tracking information needs some additional time for that to reflect.

Additionally, if your order's status indicated "Delivered" and you have not received your package it is best to wait another day or two. Some carriers accidentally mark a package delivered before the end of their shift and sits in the carriers vehicle for the next business day.

We are so sorry for the trouble! All shipments come with tracking number that outlines the shipping status. If USPS tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package on the date indicated by USPS tracking, USPS recommends the following:

1. Looking for the package somewhere near your front door or asking your neighbors. Sometimes, postal workers leave packages near doorsteps and not near residential post office boxes. Also, a well-meaning neighbor might have taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for protection against the rain or other bad weather.

2. Contacting USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or contacting your local Post Office directly and explaining that you have delivery confirmation, but no package was actually delivered, and ask them to start a tracking investigation to discover the whereabouts of your missing package.

Yes, this is evident in our unique viscoelastic memory foam technology. AirTips Pro conform to the shape of the ear canal using body temperature and conformity for a custom fit. Your ear canal shape and size fluctuate with movement and temperature. And now your ear tips can adapt to changes as you naturally move.

Lifespan for your new AirTips Pro memory foam tips depends on use. Typically, average use is about 2-4 months per pair of tips. How your tips are actively used, your natural body chemistry (earwax, oils, debris, etc.), and environment all effect how long your tips will last. To ensure your tips last the longest, always prepare the tips by compressing the foam before inserting them into your ears, clean your tips occasionally, and store the tips and your Apple AirPods in the charging case while not in use. Replace your tips when they start to build debris, begin to tear, or lose their "memory" foam properties (for example, the foam expands quickly rather than slowly).
